Ontario Not for Profit Act Statement
The ONCA is the provincial law in Ontario that governs how not-for-profit organizations are created, operated, and managed. It sets the rules for things like governance, membership, elections, and director responsibilities.
Constitution 2026
The KMFL Constitution is the rulebook that governs how the league operates. It outlines how decisions are made, who can be a member, how elections are conducted, and the roles and responsibilities of directors, coaches, and participants. Onca supersedes this document when non compliance is determined.
KMFL BY-Laws
KMFL By-laws are the detailed rules that explain how the league operates day-to-day. While the Constitution sets the overall structure, the by-laws outline the specific procedures the league follows.
KMFL Code of conduct
The Parent/Player Rule Book is a guide that outlines the rules, expectations, and standards of behavior for players and their families throughout the season—along with the consequences for failing to follow them.
Refund policy
The KMFL refund policy is tiered to ensure the recovery of administrative costs associated with players who choose not to participate. This structure helps account for operational expenses impacted by registration withdrawls, and allows us to continue to keep our registration as low as possible.
