Do all players need to attend evaluation day?

NO! Only new players must attend. This allows the coaches and directors the opportunity to evaluate the new talent. This will help ensure balanced and fair teams. Returning players will return to their former teams and new players will be assigned to a team from the Evaluation Day Process. Siblings will automatically be assigned to the same team.

What is the fee for a athlete to play?

We are currently working on the budget for the 2017 season. Please check back later for registration information.

What equipment do I need?

All equipment, except footwear and mouth guard, are provided. Football equipment is generously provided through the Kinsmen Club of Peterborough.

When does the season start and how do I register?

The season is a fall season beginning in late August and ending in early November. Running approximately 11-12 weeks.
Registration can be done by:
1. Registering Online
2. Downloading registration forms and mailing them in with a cheques
3. In Person at the Bantam Wolverines Home Opener – June 16th
4. Attending the KMFL Summer Camp – Aug 17th
5. Attending our Evaluation night – Aug 22

What age do you have to be to play?

The KMFL currently has Senior and Junior divisions. Seniors are 11 to 13 years of age and Juniors are 8 to 10 years of age. The league is open to both boys and girls.

Who do I contact if I want to volunteer?

If you wish to help coach, contact your child’s Head Coach and for other duties, please email info@kmfl.ca

What type of footwear is appropriate and what would the KMFL recommend?

We recommend football cleats. However, any molded rubber shoe with more than 7 cleats is acceptable.
